The Clinical Study of Cancer Treatment Using Nonspecific Immune Materials Including DNCB(Dinitrochlorobenzene), BCG and Tubercin-3

Abstract
For the purpose of improving symptoms and prognosis of cancer patients (including terminal cancer), various cancer patients including malignant melanoma were treated as intralesional and/or systemic injection of nonspecific immune materials (BCG and Tubercin-3) with or without anticancer drugs.
Immunological competency of patient¢¥s was recently tested by means of DNCB skin test to correlate the clinical course.
The results were as follows,
1, 10 cases out of 30 recurrent (including terminal) various cancer patients revealed DNCB negative (Anergy).
2. The anergy patients were. usually far advanced cases accompanying severe weight loss and 4 of them were changed to anergy according to their disease progression.
3. The results of DNCB cream application for the patients of verruca vulgaris revealed as can cure for face, neck and chest lesions but resist to therapy for the extremity lesions.
4. The results of treatment for malignant melanoma patients using BOG and Tubercin-3 intralesional or systemic application revealed good regression tendency for skin melanoma compare to visceral or far advanced cases.
5. The results of treatment for the various advanced other tumors using BOG or Tubercin-3 along and/or combined using anticancer drugs revealed good for 6 cases and fair in 3 cases out of 12 cases of them.
Among them, 2 cases of advanced stomach cancer and one of colon cancer with whom treated Tubercin3 alone and/or with 5 F-U revealed good subjective symptom relieve and also disappeared metastatic culde-sac nodules in colon cancer cases.
